The unique colour of this exclusive Gin is attained from a flower of Clitoria Ternatea, known as a blue pea with Asia origins. When tonic and/ or acid based mixer is added the blue colour turns to a soft pink.
Aromatically and tastefully, the magical Sharish Blue Magic Gin is as fascinating as it is visual. Its flavored with eleven botanicals. Spices like cardamom and cinnamon are mixed with juniper berries and coriander seeds. Also ginger, liquorice, garden angelica roots and blue pea compose the Sharish Blue Magic Gin, whereby the components are all distilled separately and then after a common last burning process only the high-quality middle run continues to process. Alentejo lemon peel 馃崑, strawberry 馃崜 and raspberry complete the list of botanicals. In nose fresh aroma of citrus fruits and berries, on the other side, surprises with spicy cinnamon. Refreshing taste, full of fresh citrus in the basement until the finish. The flavor of taste complements the notes of woody juniper, apple, and maybe vanilla.... half-sweet and half-acid...
