ORC Worlds Trieste 2017 / Ph. A. Carloni 🇬🇧 The beautiful Gulf of Trieste, in the North Adriatic, was hosting the World Championship for offshore sailing from the 30th June to the 8 July. The ORC Worlds were completely dominated by Italian Teams. In Class A, the victory was finally taken by Vincezo Onerato and his Mascalzone Latino Team. Renzo Grottesi and his CSQ2 Sailing Team on the yacht BeWild won the ORC World Championship for Class B, and for Class C, Cesare Bressan and his Airis. All-amateur teams were ranked in Corinthian Class Trophies. In Class A the winner was Danilo Falzitti’s Zerocould. In Class B, Ermanno Galeati’s Reve de Vie. 🇵🇱 Lato się skończyło.... Za oknem ponuro, szaro i mokro... Jesień nadchodzi... Więc czar wakacyjnych wspomnień czas... Tym razem przemierzone mile lądowe... Dziś zabieram Was śladami Don Kichota do hiszpańskiej Castilla-La Mancha... Miejsce trochę zapomniane, niedoceniane i często pomijane przez turystów, szukających raczej atrakcji w Madrycie czy Barcelonie, przemierzających Andaluzję, bądź wygrzewających się beztrosko na plażach Costa Brava, Costa del Sol czy Costa Blanca.... A jednak region Castilla-La Mancha zaskoczy Ciebie nie jeden raz! Stolicą regionu jest Toledo, a do ważniejszych miast regionu należy Valdepeñas, słynące ze swoich bodegas - winnic, Cuenca z „wiszącymi domami” - Casas Colgadas czy Albacete z bogatą tradycją wyrobu broni białej oraz noży. Klimat Castilla-La Mancha jest dość surowy. Lato jest gorące i suche, a zima z przymrozkami. Region jest dość słabo uprzemysłowiony, a dominuje rolnictwo, uprawa owoców, warzyw i ziół, produkcja win czy oliwy z oliwek. ...
